Allied All Star 5500 Fountain Solution

All Star 5500 is part of our All Star series of Fountain solutions. Contains corrosion inhibitors to further protect press parts.
With extra water thickeners and wetting agents added, it keeps plates wetter during start ups or higher run speeds. This formula helps reduce contaminate build up on blankets and rollers, keeping them clean longer.
Performance-enhancing ingredients are incorporated into the formula to prevent problems before they occur.

• Use with porous or non-porous substrates.
• Razor sharp reverses, cleaner screens, improved ink taping, denser solids.
• Excellent wetting and film forming properties.
• Suitable conventional, UV and HUV inks.
• Compatible with all known plates, conventional, CTP.

Direction For Use:

• Recommended dosage range – 3 oz. to 5 oz. per gallon.
• Conductivity per ounce is 380 micromhos per ounce.
• We recommend starting with 4 oz./gallon.
• Once running, adjust dosage up or down as needed.
• Recommended dosage range 2.5% to 4%.
• Conductivity per 1% 486 micromhos.
• We recommend starting with 3%, adjusting dosage up or down as needed.
