Making A Purchase
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the U.S. place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your local currency.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete the order.

Shipping And Handling
U.S. and Canadian Shipping
Unless otherwise noted, UPS shipping charges will be charged to your order.
Unless otherwise requested, U.S and Canadian orders will be shipped UPS ground. Canadian orders may be subject to Canadian Customs, duties and or brokerage fees imposed by Canadian agencies and beyond our control.
California customers will be charged applicable sales tax.
Unless otherwise requested, International orders will be shipped via Mail (Priority Mail International).
Postage will be added to your order.
If requested, shipping charges can be e-mailed to you.
When ordering heavier equipment involving freight, rates will be quoted by e-mail prior to shipping.
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For Customers within California, California sales tax will be applied to the order. Our business is operated from California.
Sales Tax will be added for states that require out state vendors to collect sales tax

We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Unless otherwise noted, returns may be made within 30 days of delivery if the product is unopened and all security seals are intact.
A 15% restocking charge will be applied to the return if a replacement order of equal or greater value is not placed at the time of the return. All defective merchandise must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. No refunds will be given on opened products. Refunds will be issued only if the above terms are met. Original shipping fees will not be refunded. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with the above terms.
Any items deemed to be defective, while under the manufactures warranty will be replaced or repaired as per the manufacturers warranty.
